Happy New Year!!!

Greetings everyone!  It’s been much too long since my last post!  It was a hectic end of the year!  My little girl turned 4!  Eek!  We celebrated a little earlier with her friends before our Christmas family vacation!  We went to the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast of Queensland for a couple weeks for some much needed family time in the sun.  It was a really great time.  Now, it’s back to the grind of everyday life and a new year.  Welcome 2014!  And to start off today, I took a little time to myself to have a little jog!  After my 10K race, which I completed in my goal time of an hour, I took a little break from running and kept my pilates going until we went away.  So today after a very busy day of trekking the kids about and doing some errands, I took a little run before the bedtime routine could start.  I stopped making resolutions a long time ago, but I do hope that a start of the new year does bring me some time for regular exercise. What do you guys do?  Do you make resolutions and how do you stay on track with them?Image
